By accessing or using LawnEngine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

LawnEngine provides a marketing platform designed for lawn care and landscaping professionals. Our Service allows you to create, customize, and host professional online presence for your business, including AI-generated images, logos, and lead capture forms.

You may create and publish your website at no cost on the Free plan. The Free plan includes usage limits (limited services, gallery photos, and leads per month). Upgrade to a Pro plan for unlimited access, custom domains, reviews, and additional features.

• Free plan: Publish your site with basic features and usage limits
• Pro plan: Unlimited services, leads, custom domain, reviews, and more
• No payment information is required to publish on the Free plan

Inactive sites may be deleted after 12 months of account inactivity. We will attempt to notify you via email before deletion.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Additionally, your website content must not include:

• False claims about licensing, certifications, or insurance
• Fabricated customer reviews or testimonials
• Misleading service descriptions or pricing
• Content that impersonates another business

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service, including business information, service descriptions, and photos. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated images and logos created through the Service are provided for your use in connection with your website. You receive a license to use these assets for your business purposes.

When visitors submit contact forms on your website, you own that lead data. We process this data on your behalf to deliver it to you.

• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when contacting leads (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
• Lead data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days
• You may export your lead data at any time from your dashboard

Your published website may collect data from visitors (e.g., contact form submissions, analytics). You are responsible for:

• Informing your visitors about data collection practices
• Complying with privacy laws applicable to your business
• How you use and protect visitor information

If you connect a custom domain to your website:

• You must own or have rights to use that domain
• You are responsible for domain registration and renewal
• DNS configuration is your responsibility with our guidance
• If your subscription ends, your domain will no longer point to your site

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your site will be unpublished at the end of your billing period
• You have 30 days after cancellation to export your content and lead data
• After 90 days, your account and data may be permanently deleted
• You may reactivate your account within 90 days by resubscribing

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or leads.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination for cause:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your website will be taken offline
• You may request a copy of your content within 30 days

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
